The Key Technology to Implement an Underwater Object Tracking and Positioning System
The main role of the Underwater Object Tracking and Positioning System is to precisely track and position underwater objects, such as underwater robot. In this system, two key technologies are used: spread spectrum communication and DGPS. The implementation of them is presented in this paper;their application method and performance is demonstrated;the communication capability is illustrated by analyzing experimental data. Its communication protocol is detailed in the last.
