Detecting the Launch and Activation Transient Noise Signals Underwater High-speed Navigating Object by Higher-order Moment
The launch and activation of underwater high-speed navigating object can produce the transient noise signals which include the important information of the object and can decide the farthest early warning and alarm distance. Higher-order moments and spectrum can pick up the non-Gaussian signal characters restraining Gaussian noise while the signals are processed. Higher-order moments and spectrum are of important application value for transient noise signal detection.
