A Modularized Inspecting ROV Design

In this paper, the system configuration of a modularized inspecting ROV (Remote Operating Vehicle) and its main techniques met in the process design are listed and briefly discussed. Since the present ROV tends to the application of the quality inspection for dam security, so that the design pays more attention to meet this concrete requirement and specification.
