Engineering Graphics Course Research Based on Shape Configuration Design

摘要：

The general situation about teaching and training of shape configuration design in the course of Engineering Graphics (EG for short) in China is described. The teaching of shape configuration design has a positive action on training students graphics thinking, stimulating creative design ability and promoting graphics diathesis. A new EG course system based on the shape configuration design is presented with the describing of consisted modules and corresponding training methods. This system provides an effective way to carry out the teaching of shape configuration design in EG course.
