Management and Treatment of Kitchen Waste in Chinese Cities

摘要：

The management and treatment of kitchen waste is one of the major environmental problems of Chinese cities. Improper management of kitchen waste causes hazards to inhabitants. Based on the investigation of present status of kitchen waste management and treatment in Chinese cities, this paper point out the problems of kitchen waste management and treatment, and suggest some countermeasures.
