Analysis and Solution of Dynamic Model of Siro Spinning

In the previously study of dynamics model of siro spinning, it was assumed that two dependent strands have only been controlled by the nip of front roller, then freely delivered and twisted into yarn without any other controlled point. However, the function of guide hook can not be ignored in the siro spinning process, which is key important to the processing parameters in controlling on yarn tension, distributing and transferring of strand twist, stabilizing of yarn balloon, decreasing of yam hairiness and breaking. In this article, based on the rational and objective dynamics analysis, oscillation and dynamics model are made and calculated, making the model more precise and conform to the fact.
