Comparing and Analyzing of Rotor-spun Composite Yarn with Spandex and Sirofil

摘要：

A composite yarn spinning system that produces different kinds of composite yarns containing filament on a modified rotor spinning frame was developed. Rotor-spun composite yarn with spandex was produced by the modified rotor spun machine. Sirofil with spandex was produced by the modified ring spun machine. Their longitudinal views, hairiness, elasticity, strength and yarn evenness were tested and analyzed. The results indicate that the spinning styles have a great influence on the structure and properties of elastic rotor-spun composite yarns and sirofil.
