Manufacturing of the Nacelle Cover for Wind Energy via VARTM Process

摘要：

The theoretical and practical problems related to manufacturing of the nacelle cover for wind energy via Vacuum-assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM) process were discussed in the paper. The studies were carried out on selection of raw materials, flow behavior of the resin, compaction and relaxation behavior of the preforms and the effect of process on the products cost. Automatic control system was also developed for VARTM process.
