Research on a Novel ABS Composite Adding Opal
Opal/ABS composite was fabricated via blending the super fine powder of Nenjiang opal and ABS resin. The structure and morphology of the composite was characterized by SEM. Rheometer and testing instrument for incidence rate of anions analyzed the rheological property and the function of releasing anions. The results showed that the fluidity, processability and tenacity of Opal/ABS composite increased remarkably comparing to pure ABS and the composite could release anions continuously.
