Preparation of UPMfPHBV Ultrafine Fibres via Electrospinning
Blend fibres were prepared via electrospun of unsaturated polyester macromonomers (UPM) which is prepared with poly (2-methyl-1, 3-propyleneadipate) diol terminated (PMPA), isophoronediisocyanate (IPDI) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA)/Poly 3- hydroxylbutyrate-co-3-hydroxylvalerate (PHBV). Electrospun VPM/PHBV fibres had a relatively broad size distribution in the range of 1-10μm. UMP and PHBV were partially miscible and phase will not separation during the electrospirming process. Through the crosslink of UPM in fibres by initiator BPO in 90℃ with in 8h. UPM/PHBV (4/1) fibres show relatively increase in thermal-stability.
