Study on the Dynamic Heat and Moisture Transmitting Properties of U Shaped polyester Fabric
U shaped polyester fiber is a novel profiled fiber, which cross-section is similar to the H shaped cross-section of Coolbst. This kind of fiber has nice capillary effect. The fabric made of it can absorb and transmit the sweat very quickly, and keep the body dry all the time. Under simulated human body sweating conditions, the dynamic changing curves of humidity and temperature in microclimate of the U shaped polyester fabric was measured by a new instrument, sweating cylinder. Compared with the pure linen, wool and round shaped polyester fabric, the U shaped polyester fabric has better dynamic heat and moisture transmitting properties.
