Effect of the Relative Humidity During Airing time on the Breathabinity of PU Coating Fabric
PU coating fabric with SMS nonwoven fabric as the substrate was made with the method of wet phase inversion in this work. By the ways of testing the moisture Vapor transmission rate and observing the morphology of membrane with SEM, the relationship between the breathabilty of coating fabric and the relative humidity during evaporating is studied. A conclusion is drawn that with the increase of relative humidity the moisture vapour transmission rate has a trend of increase. It is also found from SEM photos that with the increase of the relative humidity during evaporation the diameter and the length of pores increases and the number of pores decreases.
