The Study about the Tearing Strength of Coated Fabrics

The tearing strength of fabrics that are coated finishing in it will descend. The appearance is more obvious, if the coating agent has more high modulus of elasticity. The softness agent of amino silicone was put into coating agent PU in this experiment, which descended the modulus of elasticity of coating agent, as to improving the tearing strength of coated fabrics. After measuring the modulus of elasticity, poisson ratio and shear modulus of coated fabrics with different modulus of elasticity coating agent, we built the model between the tearing strength of coated fabrics with them.
