Effect of Carbonization Temperature on the Structure of Electrospinning Carbon Nanofibers

Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibers were manufactured by electrospinning, and then were peroxidized at 250℃ and carbonized at different temperatures. Thus carbon nanofiber web was obtained. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy were used to investigate the structural of carbon nanofibers. The electrical conductivities of carbon nanofibers webs were measured by the four-point probe method. The research results indicate that with the temperature rising, the crystallite dimensions (Lc) and the graphite mole fraction (La). gradually increase and the conductivity of carbon nanofibers webs become better. There is a linear relationship betwee the graphite mole fraction (La) and electrical conductivity of carbon nanofiber web.
