Virtual Prototype Modeling and Verification of Tube Shock Absorber
In order to verify the accuracy of tube shock absorber virtual prototype model, dynamic simulation analysis based on virtual tests were carried out. Correctness of tube shock absorber prototype model was demonstrated through comparison of simulation results and experimental results. The virtual prototyping of the absorbers can be employed as a subsystem of car suspensions and chassis development platform for the optimal design of the absorbers and matching performance of the whole vehicle.
