Contrastive study of Assistant Bleaching with Compound Enzyme Produced by New Saccharomonospora Viridis and Pure Xylanase on Triploid of Populus Tomentosa Carr KP

Single biobleaching and following ECF, TCF with compound enzyme produced by new Saccharomonospora Viridis and Pure xylanase separately on Triploid of Populus Tomentosa Carr KP were studied to research improved bleachability on pulp contrastively. Results showed that compound enzyme of new Saccharomonospora Viridis was effective and could produce high brightnes (>85% ISO) and high viscosity (about 1000mL/g) ECF and TCF pulp. Relative to traditional Pure xylanase, compound enzyme was good at enhancing brightness, but not so good at maintaining viscosity. In addition, pulping and bleaching capability of Triploid of Populus Tomentosa Carr KP were good. Adding 0.5% H<,2>O<,2> to segment of alkali leaching in ECF could strengthen effect. Oxygen delignification had a good effect and was a necessary, pan of TCF.
