The Soil and Water Conservation Effects and Key Issues by Protective Cultivation in the Loess Plateau

摘要：

Putting protective cultivation into practice in the Loess Plateau, we should surround the key of preventing soil and water conservation and preserving soil moisture, and use integrated technologies of agricultural techniques, mulching, biologic techniques, engineering and chemic measures. We have studied the protective cultivation effect to preserve soil and water in the Loess Plateau, created systematized protective cultivation techniques including mechanical and agricultural combination with local-colored to the Loess Plateau. It suited to modern agricultural techniques.
