Investigations on the Practices and Theories of Conservation Agriculture in Shandong Province
Based on the comparative experiments and investigations, we analyzed the differences between conservation agriculture (CA) and conventional planting in production costs, productive effectiveness and reasons causing that and others. The CA could be characterized by, we concluded, the significantly lower production costs and material inputs for grain production, wide range of adaptability from mountainous and barren fields in dry-lands to irrigable lands with high yields, high productive and driving of the resources-saving society construction.
