Study & Manufacture of the Double Usage No-till Sewing Machine for Wheat-Maize
At present, the no-till sewing machine has many problems such as high energy consumption, low efficiency, single function, and low usage percentage, in the wheat-maize double croping area, because of the heavy jam by the straw. It causes the low sewing quality. In this case, we have redesigned the key parts, including multi-gear revolve plough transimission, twining avoiding knife pad, sewer with fertilizer application in wide seedling strip, narrow long wall ridge building up plough, after studying the no-till sewing principle. Under meeting the agronomic requirement, it would enhance the operating efficiency, inmprove the sewing quality and increase the mechanic operation function. It makes the machine have many advantages such as scientific design, reasonable layout, and tight structure. One time operating, the machine would fulfill many procedures including stubble cleaning, ditching, restbalk and ridge constructing, fertilizer application and sewing seperating, pressing etc. It is an ideal machine for wheat and maize in the double croping area.
