Practice and Pondering on the Establishment of the CT Lasting Effect Mechanism

摘要：

The establishment of CT lasting effect mechanism is a long process and needs four conditions at the same time Now the key factors affecting this mechanism are the awareness and recognition by farmers. So the administrative behavior still plays a dominant role at present. Under the project demonstration, the lasting effect of CT mechanism can be established in the project areas where it has been carried out for seven years running.
