3-3 Analysis and Experimental Study on Influence Factors of Oil Pipes Alloy Coating Thickness in Oil Field

The oil pipe used in oil field is a medium carbon steel with a mass of silicon, its hot dipping coating technology is used in oil field firstly. Because the steel with a mass of silicon has Sandelin effects in the process of hot dipping, which is resulted in the phenomena that dipping coating is thick, color is gloomy and crusting coating desquamates. In order to control the adverse effects to which thick coating brings, the analysis and experimental study on influence factors alloy thickness of oil pipe is carried on. Several reasonable methods and the optimal parameters which can effectively control thick coating are proposed.
