3-4 A New High Efficiency Steel Wire Galvanizing Process With A Low Environmental Impact
This article introduces a new process for galvanizing steel wire and solves the problems present in traditional steel wire galvanizing processes of high pollution, low production efficiency and high zinc consumption. This new process solves the foregoing problems employing a range of new technologies developed by Tianjin GondDa Galvanizing Equipment Co Ltd. Key technologies are compound ultrasonic cleaning, compound pre-flux and use of immersion heated ceramic zinc kettles with gas wiping.
