4-5 Hot-Dip Galvanized Screws and Nuts For Structural Parts
This paper introduced a kind of latest successfullyresearched and developed surface smoothing treatment machine forthe hot dip galvanized standard parts (especially for the parts with thread). At the present, people generally adopted centrifugal machine and vibrator to elimminate the surplus zinc liquid from the surplus of the galvanized parts. But the rate of qualification was low and the zinc consumed great that caused high cost, especially high rate of waste product and defective fot the bolt, screw and nut. This project unprecedentedly adopted that made the galvanized parts moving in planetary orbit to eliminate the surplus zinc liquid off, especially for the smoothing treatment of thread section and much suitable to the smoothing of the thread section of the nut.
