This paper discussed the manufacture process of the hot-dip galvanizing kettle, developed Suppression equipment and applied it in the manufacturing process of An Shan Yong Feng hot-dip galvanizing kettle, adopted whole head and big U shape of one-time hot forming process method, reduced welding Slot, avoided unfavorable slot position and achieved better results.
