Using the Portable Motor Test System to Guide Energy Conservation for Enterprises
The three phases asynchronous motor is main energy consuming equipment of industrial enterprise, it is very important for industrial enterprise to know the operational conditions of motor driver system. This paper introduces the energy audit flowchart for industrial enterprise, and introduces the work principle of portable motor test system, which can select the appropriate test method accord to the field condition, and help the customers to make right decision in renovating the motor driver system. The system is constitute of the hardware platform based on industrial personal computer and Win98 operation system software, and provide with the friendly interface, convenient operation and advanced automation. The facts demonstrate that the portable testing system is dependable and high accuracy. The energy saving potential of motor is huge, many successful renovation cases to be done through using the portable motor test system in field, and the paper give the energy-saving consulting cases for power plant and cement plant.
