Chinese Visible Human: Current Application and Future Development
The research on digital visible human is of great significance and application value. The Chinese Visible Human (CVH) project was free of organic lesion, and achieved greater integrity of images, easier blood vessel identification in comparison with the US Visible Human Project (US VHP) and the Visible Korean Human (VKH). Weve performed 3-D reconstruction of individual organs and systems and made virtual models based on the CVH data, taking our first step toward future application by setting up platforms of digital medicine. Here, we review the current applications of the CVH data and foresee its future development as well.
