Problems of China Wind Power Development and Measures of Policy

摘要：

Even though wind power industry develops rapidly, the bottlenecks which baffle the industry exist all the same. We meet many problems in wind power construction, which are also appealed by fellowtraders. These problems are general, and should be paid more attention. In order to solve them, relevant policy should be established.
