Study on the Competitive Issue of China Wind Power Based on Diamond Model

摘要：

As a kind of clean and renewable energy, wind power has gained more and more attentions from Chinese government. Comparing with its huge resource, the wind power industry in China is still in a weak situation. Based on Porters Diamond Model, the paper analyzes Chinas wind power on the aspects of factor conditions, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, strategic structure of wind enterprise and competitors, government and opportunity. After a systemic appraisal, the paper presents some feasible proposals on how to improve the competitiveness of Chinese wind industry.
