The Research of the Methods of Applications of Viscoelastic Damping Material on Fan Blades for the Empression of Vibration and Noise
At first dynamical characteristics and property- parameters of visco-elastic damping materials were disserted, then vibration mechanisms, characteristics and using scopes of constrained layer damping and free layer damping layer technologies-two main applied technologies of visco-elatic damping material were analyzed, at last, using adding visco-elastic damping material on flats for an example, the designation, construction and property measurement of the impressions of fan blades vibration and noise were analogized, and concluded that adding visco- elastic materials on the fan blades according to the methods in this article, might empress the vibration and noise, expand the life of fan and improve the environment.
