Study on the diversity of endophytic fungi in Ginkgo biloba L.

摘要：

90 strains of endophytic fungi were separated from the root, stem, leaf and seed of Ginkgo biloba L.. Among them, 16 strains were isolated from the root, 22 strains from the stem, 38 strains from the leaf, 14 strains from the seed. They were morphologically identified belonging to 22 genera, 7 families, 6 orders and 3 classes. It is shown that quantity, species, and distributing of the endophytic fungi varied in different parts of Ginkgo biloba L.
