Mid-infrared optoelectronic devices and applications

摘要：

The semiconductor sources and detectors in mid-infrared band, including quantum cascade lasers, antimonide quantum well lasers and photovoltaic detectors grown using MBE in our laboratory are introduced, gas detection using those devices are demonstrated.
