Experimental study on the spectral behavior of an asymmetric long period fiber grating via erosion

摘要：

An asymmetric long period grating with period grooves is chemically etched. Experimental results show that though the grooves are ablated, the period structure still remains. Analysis is given to explain the related mechanism.
