Modulation Properties of Erbium Doped Silicon Laser Diode

摘要：

Frequency response is of interest in determining the bandwidth of laser for application in communication networks. In this paper we investigate both amplitude and frequency modulations of erbium doped silicon laser using rate equations formalism.
