Characterization of polymer microtip array coated GaN thin film using femtosecond pulsed laser deposition
The characterizations of polymer microtip array coated GaN thin film using femtosecond pulsed laser deposition have been studied. The results indicate that the GaN thin film deposited on polymer array is hexagonal polycrystalline, and the GaN microtip FEA has uniform size and well-defined profile, which shows a field emission characteristics.
