Photonic crystal and plasmonic devices for photonic integration

摘要：

Our recent research results on photonic crystal and plasmonic devices for photonic integration are reviewed here. Silicon-based photonic crystal waveguides, microcavities, and filters, as well as plasmonic waveguides will be presented.
