Single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance sensor with high detection resolution

摘要：

We present a new surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing system exhibiting a root-mean-square resolution of ±5.2 ×10 -9 refractive index units. This brings non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by florescence-based techniques.
