Fabrication of polymer integrated optical microring resonator with photobleaching method

摘要：

An optical-quality polymer film based on the AJL8/APC material is used for the fabrication of a single-mode microring resonator with photobleaching method. The measured transmission responses of the microring resonator present a high Q-factor of device.
