VCSEL Photonics-Athermalization and Slowing Down
Our recent research activities on VCSEL photonics will be reviewed. This talk explores the potential and challenges for new functions of VCSELs, including the athermalization with MEMS technology and slowing light for ultra-compact photonic devices.
