Photonics and Immobilisation of Biomolecules

摘要：

A new photonic technology is demonstrated that allows for precise immobilisation of proteins in any wanted pattern onto activated surfaces. Molecular immobilisation is limited to the μ m sized focal point of the focused UV beam.
