To integmted paired surface plasma waves biosensor with heterodyne technique to construct a paired SPW biosensor in order to enhance the detection sensitivify is developed. If demonstrates dn& l 0 O RIU of detection sensitivity between mouse /gG/rabbit anti-mouse lgG interadion in teal time.
