Enhance the extraction efficiency of ZnS:Mn TFEL by Photonic Crystals Structure

摘要：

A photonic crystals(PC) structure is introduced in the Thin-film electroluminescence (TFEL) device to enhance the light extraction efficiency. FDTD method was used to simulate and get the optimized photonic crystals structure parameters.
