Dispersion Controlled in a Birefringent Modified Octagon Photonic Crystal Fiber for Optical Communication Applications
We report a dispersion controlling technique with a modified octagon photonic crystal fiber. The low flattened dispersion feature, as well as low leakage loss and high birefringence are the main advantages of the proposed PCF.
