Low Loss Performances of Long Range Surface Plasmon Polariton Waveguides with Buffer Layer Structures

摘要：

Long range surface plasmon strip waveguide with low refractive index dielectric buffer layers is proposed in this paper. Simulation results show that ultra low propagation loss can be obtained.
