Modelling and Numerical Analysis of Carrier Transport Effects on the Wavelength Chirp of SCH-QW Lasers

We drive a numerical model, based on physical principles, for a separate confinement heterostructure-quantum well (SCH-QW) laser. Effects of carrier transport on the transient responses and chirp characteristic is analyzed by means of finite-difference method.
