A Novel Method to Measure Brillouin Frequency Shift for Brillouin-based Sensing Application Incorporating a Dual-Wavelength Single-Longitudinal-Mode Fibre Laser

A method to measure Brillouin frequency shift incorporating a dual-wavelength single-longitudinal-mode fibre laser for sensing application is proposed. Brillouin frequency shift at 10.64 GHz has been shifted and measured at low frequency of 1.03 GHz.
