Modeling of Spontaneous Emission from Erbium Incorporated Silicon Nanocrystal

摘要：

Mathematical model has been developed for erbium (Er) luminescence in silicon nanocrystal (nc-Si) embedded in SiO2. Performances of Er luminescence under different conditions have been analyzed for both steady state and time varying case.
