STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CRMOV ROTOR STEEL UNDER SUPERCRITICAL CONDITION OF 565℃
30Cr1Mo1V steel is a replacement of CrMoV rotor steel 30Cr2MoV. The practicability of 30Cr1Mo1V steel being used in 565℃ is controversial. In this paper, tensile experiment, creep experiment, low-cycle fatigue experiment and ageing experiment were carried out of 30Cr1Mo1V at 565℃,respectively. The experimental data are compared with its experimental data at 540℃ and 30Cr2MoV at 550℃, the feasibility of 30Cr1Mo1V being used in 565℃ is discussed.
