Multi-objective optimization of single-product batch process

An optimal algorithm of multi-product batch processes was used to solve scheduling of single-product plant and to minimize makespan or completion time with simulated annealing algorithms, which can calculate arrival and departure time of any batch material and conveniently control chemical process efficiently. At the same time, a mathematics model of multi-objective function about makespan or completion time and equipment cost was picked up to optimize chemical design of single-product batch process.
