A Modeling & Simulation for optimal design of manufacturing clear filter in PDP(Plasma Display Panel)
This research gives the, process design data for real clear filter manufacturing process. And through two kind of scenario simulation, we suggested the specific size of processes manufactures order products appropriated. Present process was formed by single, small amount of ordered product, with simply ordered sequence of source material storage tank, agitation tank, agitated material storage tank, coating process line. Recently this company had new order with increasing number of products(3) and quantity of each products. Number of agitation tank and coating process line should be two by space restrictions. And Number of each storage tank are three for recent number of ordered products. Agitation process mixes five pigments and two solvents. Coating process line includes dry process after coating material on polymer film. With this configuration of process structure we used two scenario of operation for simulation dynamics of level of each units. The highest level from this simulation should be considered for decide the size of units. In the future decreased production costs by optimum may be expected.
