The influence of the circulating quench oil flow-rate upon the 1product in ethylene gasoline fractionator system

In this paper, the pyrolysis-heat recovery system and its gasoline fractionator system are analyzed, and a possible energy saving project is put forward. Because the project may cause the change of the circulating quench oil flow-rate, a sensitivity analysis is carried out, with the circulating quench oil flow-rate as the independent variable and the cracked gas products and the fuel oil products as the variable. The result shows that the fluctuation of the circulating quench oil within very big scope will not affect the quality of products or the change of the following process, so that the energy saving project is proved to be feasible.
